1. I am instructed by my clients Mr & Mrs Bourne to submit a formal objection to the
Draft Local Plan Consultation. The proposed Draft Local Plan designates their
residential curtilage / garden as Open Space under Open Space Designation 265 –
Beechmont Road/Sevenoaks Common in Appendix 8.

2. A planning application was submitted earlier this year under reference 18/01007/FUL
which proposed the demolition of an existing summer house and the erection of a 4
bedroom detached house and associated access. I have been in dialogue with the
Planning Policy Team and have been advised to make a representation to formally
request that the site is removed from the Open Space Designation 265.
