Putting more families into a small area would result in even more overcrowding of key services. Where the current infrastructure is so poor to facilitate the current population I do not see how this can be improved when you would be relying on narrow barely two lane roads.

Quality of Life Most of Sevenoaks District has an outstanding quality of residential environment. This is what has driven its growth and its character. Further growth must not undermine the quality of our communities which make them special. This aim does not include mitigation of climate change. There is little point in the long term in having policies to protect wildlife and encourage biodiversity if one does not also have policies to reduce carbon emissions, not just reduce their rate of increase which is the likely effect of this plan. The evidence base does not include a baseline emissions survey and the emissions impact of proposed developments & other policy measures are not quantified so no assessment can be made of any chan
