In the third bullet point the word "as" is superfluous.
Para 7.29 After "…materials should be sympathetic to those used in the original building" add:
"This does not require them to be the same. Contrasting materials can complement the historic fabric and provide a distinct and clearly 'legible' layer of history, representing new materials and craftsmanship that emphasises the quality of the original work.
