It is difficult to understand how residents can be expected to agree proposals for substantial additional development without understanding the implications for infrastructure and without seeing some complementary plan for provision and funding of infrastructure provision. The plan should include an infrastructure delivery plan identifying the main items and timing of strategic infrastructure provision. This should ensure that new development does not impose burdens on existing residents by way

Sevenoaks Urban area – all sites excluding exceptional circumstances sites
The proposed developments across a number of smaller sites in the main urban area could generate growth of c.510 patients mainly within years 1 – 5 of the local plan period.
The CCG will take account of this in existing strategic planning work relating to general practice and expects that the growth arising from these developments will be naturally distributed across a number of practices. Existing premises may need fur

There must be absolute assurance that water and sewerage will be adequate for all the developments under way in Edenbridge.
Edenbridge Town Station will need to be developed as it is a hub. It needs to provide for people to reach the town, and to get to the medical facility and potentially the school if that were ever built.
The roads into and within the town are narrow, winding and suited to the rural nature. Crouch House Road and its continuation Little Browns Lane are used by riders and hor

11. Transport
We support the commitment by Sevenoaks to work in partnership with Kent County Council and Highways England to mitigate the adverse travel impacts created by new developments. It would be useful if Dartford were given access to any transport assessment work carried out for larger developments proposed in the Swanley and Hartley areas as these could have an impact on local road networks in Dartford Borough. The policy includes reference to improving cycle routes but there is no spe

National Electricity Transmission Network:
National Grid operates the national electricity transmission system across Great Britain and owns
and maintains the network in England and Wales, providing electricity supplies from generating
stations to local distribution companies. The company does not distribute electricity to individual
premises directly. It is the role of local distribution companies to distribute electricity to homes
and businesses. The distribution network operators in England,

Transport and Infrastructure implications for Bromley
The increased level of development in Sevenoaks is likely to have adverse impacts
upon the road network, public transport system and other infrastructure in Bromley, particularly resulting from sites close to the borough boundary but also in cumulative terms. It is noted that some of the suggested site allocations include possible mitigation measures, and that the Infrastructure Delivery Plan is still in preparation, so we make some suggestio

Edenbridge
There are over 1000 units proposed around Edenbridge, which has 2 local stations. NR estimate that around 9% of the working population would commute to Central London.
Edenbridge is on the Tonbridge-Redhill line, which is operated by GTR. There are 2 tph in peak hours, which currently operate as a shuttle service. Passengers for London change at either Redhill or Tonbridge. There is just 1 tph in the off peak.
Edenbridge Town is on the Uckfield to London Bridge line, also operated by

Education - Secondary:
Sevenoaks Urban Area: The town of Sevenoaks will likely need a new 6FE secondary school if the numbers of dwellings recorded in the draft Local Plan are built in the
district. It could be built anywhere in or outside the town, but KCC is conscious of the Green Belt issues. Nevertheless, with the amount of
housing development being proposed in this Draft Local Plan, without a new 6FE school, KCC would have difficulty supporting housing
development in the Sevenoaks, Halstea

With reference to the Swanley Transport Study stage 1 - 11.6.2 p.111/112 and Swanley Transport Study stage 2 - 7.2.20 p.46 as it references the Pedham Place development (MX48 and EM4), Crockenhill Parish Council objects strongly to the proposal to improve/widen/put in passing places in Wested Lane/Eynsford Road on the following grounds:
This suggestion has been put forward to relieve current congestion through Swanley, plus the extra traffic which would result if the two sites at Pedham Place w
