I am pleased to see that sites HO120 and HO177 are not in the current draft plan. Both sites meet the criteria for well performing Green Belt. If any Green Belt is to be released it should only be where Exceptional Circumstances exist.

I fully endorse SDC's approach to development in the Green Belt. Exceptional Circumstances sites should only proceed if the infrastructure offered would benefit the current residents.
