Where is the Infrastructure Delivery Plan? Surely it is wrong to approve the draft local plan for nearly 14,000 new homes, even in principle, without having any details as to how local infrastructure will be developed and improved. A policy to improve local infrastructure is fine - who would object to a policy to improve infrastructure - but where is the detailed plan on how this will be achieved? The draft local plan should be clearer. What does the proposed additional 13,960 "units" mean in terms of population growth? Another 30,000 to 50,000 residents in the district? There is nothing even remotely sustainable about such a rapid and large increase in population. It appears that there is currently no infrastructure development plan (IDP), merely a policy and lots of platitudes in chapter 4 of the draft local plan about how SDC will work with various other bodies to improve infrastructur
